Your local agent at the end of the Old Bridge.

We share premises with KOBBL at street level in Storgata 12 — with the beautiful Glomma as visual motivation right outside the office. Our main focus is being the KOBBL members' own estate agent, but we sell all kinds of homes for everyone.

KOBBL Eiendom AS was established in 2013 and is part of Garanti — the estate agency chain of Norway's housing associations. With settlement, surveying and photography in-house, the process is as seamless as possible for you as a seller.

Safe homes in Kongsvinger since 1945

Kongsvinger and District Housing Association was founded on 14 December 1945. After the war there was a huge need for new homes, and a few enthusiasts understood that good housing was essential to keep people living in the region. The result was KOBBL. Today around 60% of residents in central Kongsvinger live in housing co-ops — a Norwegian record.

KOBBL is a member of NBBL (Norwegian Housing Associations), one of the country's largest membership organisations.
