The fixed price includes

  • Drafting the purchase contract and contract meeting if needed
  • Completing the deeds
  • Registration of the security bond
  • Land register extract from the Norwegian Mapping Authority
  • Registration of title
  • Signing with BankID
  • Undertakings to the buyer's bank/lender
  • Redemption of registered encumbrances
  • Redemption/check of statutory liens — municipal charges, property tax, rent arrears, etc.
  • Checking and confirming payment of the purchase price
  • Clarifying the handover
  • Sending out the handover protocol
  • Paying out the settlement
  • Following up encumbrances until deleted
  • Returning the buyer's mortgage with correct priority to the bank

Any third-party costs are covered by the seller.
